restart from lost by bomb bug

look the issue work now, i didn t apply any fix...
problem was only when you lost by a bomb then restart the game freeze like time.delattime 0.
now restart work correctly ( i dit only set the gameover panel after received it from emmanuel the bug is gone...)
need to perform more tests just in case
