Bug: Validator exit balance

Describe the bug
It was reported that after a validator is successfully exited and funds withdrawn the balance appears negative.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Open Dashboard
- Exit validator
- Withdraw funds
- See error
Expected behaviour
Balance should be reflected correctly
