Storage Device Offline (reboot fixes it)

Bug Report
This morning I woke up to what appeared to be my nvme being offline. Honestly I ran the support command, drained and rebooted it ASAP.
It appears to be fine after reboot. I'm attempting to determine if it's hardware related or software. Any insights are appreciated!

I/O Errors (specifically erroring on the superblock, but this is somewhat Greek to me)
