Backend rewrite ☂️

This is an umbrella ☂️ issue for the work to be done on the backend.
I wrote the original backend over a few days, it's help together with much duck tape and bandaids
Things to remember this time around:
- Error handling
- Database abstraction
- Ensure uptime (catch error + keep it running)
- Reference a build by it's commit hash, not a long json string
