Skeleton Loaders for the Cards in the Home Page

The cards loading in the home screen is very bad. Adding a skeleton loader will help in better visual experience of the page.
Added Skelton and Loading Animations
The visual experience in the homepage has been improved by adding Skeleton Loaders and Entrance Animations using HeadlessUI and React Skeleton
