[style]: Improve View profile link

What's the style idea?
I noticed that the "View Profile" link in the current design could benefit from some enhancements in the design. Specifically, I suggest making it more prominent, adding hover effects. This small adjustment could significantly enhance navigation and user engagement. I have already contributed in multiple open source projects and I am comfortable with all the guidelines mentioned

Its not profile though we car redirecting user to the portfolio link they have provided.
Okay then we can render this profile link only if user has provided the link or else nothing will be show. This ensures anyone isn’t directed to link which does not exist.
What are your thoughts on this?
We are already disabling it when there is no link.
