Prettify Plain Txt/JSONfm content for PHArticle

First, check if we can get HTML revisions and use web-view to display them (sort of offline android browser). If this is possible, it would be great and we will avoid formatting manually.
- remove image tags
- remove references tags
- format steps (possibly adding accordion)
- add spacings
