Nextra 3 `alpha.23` bug - TOC not clickable

When upgrading from nextra@3.0.0-alpha.22 -> nextra@3.0.0-alpha.23 (and docs theme to alpha.23 as well), we ran into an issue where the TOC on the docs pages were no longer clickable.
As if there were an element in front of it, or a pointer-events: none or something, but I couldn't find any of those. It's just that the links in the right-hand TOC sidebar were no longer there. I could still highlight the text, although the cursor would not transform into the normal highlight text cursor either. The anchor tags did still have valid href attributes as well.

Aside from alpha.23, we're also using next@14.2.1. Downgraded back to alpha.22 for now 🙏
