This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Getting Started

Running the app in dev

After cloning the repo, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Inter, a custom Google Font.

How to create the Next App project from scratch

1. create next app with typescript and tailwind CSS

npx create-next-app dex-server --typescript --tailwind --eslint

2. Initialize SHADCN-UI CSS library(copy-paste reusable component library based on tailwind and radix)

npx shadcn-ui@latest init   

3. Add a sample compoent from shadcn-ui

npx shadcn-ui@latest add button

4. build npm project

npm run build

5. Start the app on localhost 3000

npm start

** in dev: **

npm run dev

Prisma Schema Setup

1. Install prisma (add prisma to dev dependencies)

npm i -D prisma

2. Prisma init

npx prisma init
