Better default name for GitHub-hosted PDFs

Right now on any SYW GitHub repo, if you download the PDF, you just get a generic file downloaded like main (15).pdf or something (assuming you already have 14 PDFs with the same name...). If a user reads the paper immediately, it doesn't matter, but if they come back later and go through their downloads folder, they won't recognize the paper.
I think this PDF should be named better in the GitHub actions. While there is the ms_pdf param, I think the GitHub one doesn't need to take the same name, and could be a better default. One option is just to give the PDF the same name as the repo.
