Proposal: Remove develop branch

I suggest us to remove the develop branch and work straight on to Main.
Reason:
The use of tagged versions in Main makes the use of Develop as a second protected branch redundant.
If an App specifies its version of ShortcutFoundation it will not be affected by changes on the main branch. Therefore main can be treated as a dev branch until a release tag is set.
