[BUG] version comparison

The version comparison should be fixed, after 0.100.0 you won't get notifications about new versions

Nice catch. I overlooked it.

Indeed, the "0.100.0" string is smaller than the "0.99.0" string.

Solution, release version 1.0.0 finally.
