BGZF is not registered on npmjs.org

Getting 404'd on registry.npmjs.org and not finding it through their search interface either. This is a dependency for bamreader as well.
+1 Also running into this. Did this ever get published? Was it removed from NPM?
I don't know. I patched my dependencies to reference github directly.
