Draw (random) is not working

Probably it does not take into account a weight in https://github.com/sheldarr/votenger/blob/master/pages/polls/%5Bid%5D/index.tsx#L49 (should be all points * numberOfGames instead of just numberOfGames)
Fixed in #8
