There should be a way to set the default theme to point at a different file

Currently the only way to change the default theme is to either edit the default theme file itself, or point each screen at a different theme. The former causes problems when updating to new versions, and the latter is tedious.
There should be some way to configure the default theme to point to a custom file instead of the YUI default theme.
