1.6.1版本之后，DOT模式一直报错

createTlsConn failed: dns up server address is invalid
dns server address tcp-tls://dot.pub:853 is invalid
1.6.1与1.7.0都有这个问题，是写法改了么，还是其他什么问题？

只能使用 @+ip 的写法了么
