Spike: Use many public midgard nodes in a round-robin fashion

Overview
We need a reliable source of midgard data. https://midgard.thorchain.info/ is not reliable on its own.
Research how we can setup a round-robin way of hitting any number of public midgard nodes so we dont need to host our own infrastructure.
