💡 Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It would be good for the extension that checks my local user settings JSON file, uploads and downloads as JSON.

💡 Describe the solution you'd like

If the extension can upload or download user Settings JSON, we should be be able to compare previous settings to new settings as well.

💡 Additional context

The extension also can disable sync of settings provided by VSCode, instead we can use only this extension to sync everything, that may decrise the confliction too.
