there is no bootstrap/scss/_normalize.scss in bootstrap ,why i need to import it ?

File to import not found or unreadable: ../bootstrap/scss/_normalize.
Parent style sheet: stdin
in E:\Projects\bit_forum\node_modules\.2.1.0@bootstrap-loader\no-op.js (line 4, column 1)
so i don't know why is it
there is no _normalize.scss in ../bootstrap/scss/
I dont know why i need to import it ....
