Should ggm() use split header/signal data?

This is an idea that needs further work. If ggm()
uses VERY LONG data, with every row being a single observation, than it becomes relatively slow at plotting.
However, if we used spilt data (header/signal) file, with each signal column being a channel, and each row being a time index, than we lose the "ease" of faceting.
