Add indicator of how many people would be required for a map to be nominated

Potentially using built-in fonts or by patching our own or not at all, we need to somehow show users how many players are required for a map to be nominated under certain conditions.
Something like:

Looks good to me.
I think having a way to demonstrate the player-limit without players having to brute-force try and nominate all the maps would be good, but I can't think of an easy and effective way, so we should leave it for now.
It could possibly be integrated into the !nominate menu itself.
