Add joint greeting tokens as exportable fields

We often have the need to export contact addressees and addresses to send to a mailhouse for a mailing. It would be nice to be able to export the joint greeting along with the address.

I just got the idea to use a joint greeting token in the postal greeting to see if that would solve the problem, unfortunately it did not work. The token doesn't print a value

@yosefromano I have a salutations extension on my repo that handles a) supporting more salutations than the built-in salutations, b) export of salutations. In combination with an extension that supports spouse tokens (there are several!) you can do what you're describing here.
