Scraping the planet website/feed gives us a ready collection of mozilla-related URLs.

Initial commit with this data was in b1836bc, I just (manually) scraped from the "subscriptions" section on planet.mozilla.org, and fixed up some bad entries and atom/xml urls in ee71e8a.
