Download image from DM

Hello,

Is there a way, using the gem, to download Twitter Media embedded in DMs?

I couldn’t find any method like download_media or similar.
The media URL is something like https://ton.twitter.com/1.1/ton/data/dm/856478621090942979/856478542527385601/d3LfgVMN.jpg

And that requires authentication.
