Motion detection not triggered

*Bug
I've set my cameras up and I enabled the motion detection feature, but it seems it does not work. How to troubleshoot the problem?
To Reproduce
Settings --> Add camera --> Enable motion detection
Expected behavior
A notification should be shown
Environment
- Node.js Version: v18.17.1
- Camera UI Version: v1.1.17
- Operating System: Debian Bullseye
- Browser: Firefox 102
