  • This is a supervised task towards five targets. For each target, 600 labled Weibo texts, 600 unlabeled Weibo texts and 3,000 test Weibo texts are provided. The task is to detect the author's stance.

We give an ensemble framework by integrating various feature sets, such as Paragraph Vector (Para2vec) [1], Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) [2], Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) [3], Laplacian Eigenmaps (LE) [4] and Locality Preserving Indexing (LPI) [5], and various classification methods, such as Random Forest (RF) [6], Linear Support Vector Machines (SVM-Linear) [7], SVM with RBF Kernel (SVM-RBF) [8] and AdaBoot [9].

The official results show that our solution of the team "CBrain" achieves one 1st place and one 2nd place on these targets, and the overall ranking is 4th out of 16 teams with 0.6856 F1 score.
