EPEL 8 & 9 Package Maintainers Needed

It seems that python2-hpilo and python36-hpilo exist in epel for el7, but not for any generations after that. It would be very nice if someone took on getting a python3-hpilo package published for epel 8 & 9
That'll be something to ask the epel folks.
