Review and approve initial Fund Charter

Exhibit B of the Participation Agreement And Funding Charter is the fund charter. We should review this, and approve a reviewed version.
3(e)(vi) says the governing board may
establish any conformance programs and solicit input (including testing tools) from the TSC for defining and administering any programs related to conformance with the Technical Project (each, a “Conformance Program”);
Not sure if that is relevant for Servo.
OK, did a first pass through the charter, it looks perfectly sensible to my untrained eye. The main decision we have to make is do we want board representation from anyone other than member companies and the chair of the steering committee?
Ive made some suggested edits to the google doc (see the servo-formation mailing list for the link).
This is just waiting for the final round of changes from LF.
I guess we can close this now.
