Hello,
The tool require T1 and Flair as input. When I look into the datasets details here, I see 3D Mprage T1 and Flair with 0.82 × 0.82 × 2.2 mm³ voxel size. I have 2d Flair. (generally 5mm or 3 mm in a few ) What is the reliable changeable range of these inputs? Could I work with 2d t1 and 2d flair? Do you have any experience?

The current version of the software was train with 3mm FLAIR images, so if you use 5mm the results will be poor I guess.
2D T1 are not recommended, but if you train the model with your data the results should be acceptable.
