Process .phtml files as PHP

PHP scripts sometimes use the extension .phtml. It would be nice if semgrep processed phtml files as PHP files, i.e. applying all PHP rules on them.

• The view scripts in Laminas MVC are phtml by default.
• In this GitHub code search you can see that most of the phtml files are in fact PHP.
