Menu highlighting is off

When enabling the extension, putting your cursor over the menu results in a highlight that's not correctly aligned with the menu option.

I'm using El Capitan's latest public release and am on Firefox 41.0.2
(I realize Mac isn't officially supported but installing it as a Linux package works just fine)

Looks like I missed notification, sorry. :(

The extension use "display: block" to hide unnecessary items in the bookmarks menu, and some magic if "Show All Bookmarks" is not "Default" and "Open All in Tabs" is disabled (but it should affect any other menus and style of them).

Can you set "Show All Bookmarks" to "Default" and enable "Open All in Tabs" at the settings page and test the menu?
