install problem:can't find the function of gem_qa

Hello.
I have encountered some problems.
What are the causes of these problems?
I couldn't install SGVfinder successfully.
“FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'build/lib.linux-x86_64-2.7/gem_qa.so'”
But folder lib.linux-x86_64-2.7 is empty.
May I ask if file 'gem_qa.py' is missing?
