How can I make these frames broadcast from the wlan0 port?

I have successfully transmitted the signal. But I found that the signal was sent from the eth0 port. The wlan0 port has not been opened. Now I open the wlan0 port, but the signal is not broadcast from this port. How can I make these frames broadcast from the wlan0 port?
