units - location base name not yet exposed in records

unit:base_name (docs)is a attribute of a unit that gives more detail about the name a security force has given a location, but which may not be specified in the geospatial sources available to researchers. These values are is not yet exposed in the "sites" table in units records, which is where they would go. We need to consider how to do this.
