I am interested in listing about the advancement in my native language 'Bengali'. Is it possible for me to join? Thanks.

Of course. The best thing to do is look for current state-of-the-art results in Bengali or if you're already aware of some, add them to a new folder for Bengali, and add Bengali to the README.
