The leaderboard misses in the restricted locness w&I the state of the art (73.18), which is a combination\ensemble of systems

Thanks for the pointer! We're putting less emphasis on ensembles in the leaderboard, as these generally improve results. Having said that, feel free to create a PR if you feel this is an important model to have.
