Hello Sebastian,

The changes made in 90f86fc have been released with 8.5.37 and 10.5.12, but apparently 9.6 has been skipped in that round of releases. Given that this commit has landed in the 9.6 branch, may I kindly ask you to also tag a new 9.6 release?

Thank you very much for making PHPUnit compatible with PHP 8.4 at this early stage! ❤️
