unable to install prerequisites

I am trying to install the prerequisites from https://github.com/SEL4PROJ/sel4-tutorials/blob/master/Prerequisites.md on ubuntu 16.04
When trying to install MissingH I have the following problem:
$ cabal install MissingH-1.3.0.2
