Improve player count

Describe the bug
seDirector showing players connected to the server incorrectly, sometime even showed players on the server while there wasn't any.

Additional context
It's maybe counting both bot and players controlled survivors/infected.
The players count updates around every minute. It includes all players - real, bots, survivors, infected, hackers, lol.
Added "Improved accuracy and options on player count" to Planned Features.
