Revise exclusion of enumeration areas based on low population (and size?)
sdesabbata opened this issue · comments
About 4.8% of enumeration areas have population zero, and about 11.2% have less than 10 residents. Overall, those enumeration areas include about 0.36% of the population. There is an ethical question about whether such areas should be part of a classification. Moreover, these might generate noise in the classification.
Areas with less than 10 residents were discarded.
The issue was discussed with @andrea-ballatore. As the current version includes the building environment as well as population, all areas will be taken into account. This should hopefully highlight the presence of industrial areas among others.
