Browser not able to load JS script

I followed the instructions to install and run it but browsers where complaining about the script, so I was not able to make it work.
- MacOS Monterrey 12.4
- Ruby 2.7.2
- Rails 6.1.5.1
- scout_apm 5.2
- Browsers: Brave, Chrome, FireFox Developers
After running SCOUT_DEV_TRACE=true rails server
I went to http://localhost:3000/ and I got:
