R scripts and .svg files to make the infographic summaries for the NRS weekly COVID-19 publication.
- Download these files (click the green button Code then Download Zip)
- Get updated data
- Open the correct script (either even or odd depending on which week it is)
- Tweak the filepath so it points to the correct data file
- Run the script
- You should now have some .svg files appear in your directory (these are the charts)
- Paste these charts into the infographic template
- Update the text in the infographic
- QA the infographic
- AFTER publication: upload the updated files to this repository (Add file -> Upload files)
