Issue creating Project using given reference

error: A problem occurred evaluating project ':react-native-kiosk-mode'.
Could not find method compile() for arguments [directory 'libs'] on object of type org.gradle.api.internal.artifacts.dsl.dependencies.DefaultDependencyHandler.
I am facing same issue. Did you find anything solution for this? or any other library?
same any solutions ?
