GUI Localization

The purpose of this issue is to discuss about the GUI localization in FXMESSAGE.
To avoid confusions, have in mind that we make difference between GUI language and writing language. For example there is a TeX writing language but there no TeX GUI language. A French user can use the French GUI and insert Math using Tex, LibreOffice Math or French Natural Math language. Writing language development like TeX, LOO, French, Spanish, German, ... are discussed in separate issues.
