Can't update the adress of the insurance using the data manager

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the data manager (Start Menu/ Manage data)
2. Update the address of an existing insurance
3. Click on save
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The new address should be saved but nothing is created instead.
