Main window re-size on program start after reboot

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rebooting Win7 PC causes main window layout change.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
iSpy does not remember it's windows layout if the computer is rebooted. If iSpy 
is restarted without a reboot it is fine. I have "Lock layout" checked, and I 
used the Save layout menu item. When I reboot, iSpy goes back to its default 
window size.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.7.7.0 Win7 Pro. Dual monitors.
