Add hardware keyboard support to ABC screen

Add the ability to type a letter on the hardware keyboard when viewing the 
"ABC" grid screen.

Also, please add the ability to get off of the ABC screen.  Once I got there, I 
was 
stuck and couldn't get back to the other screens without exiting the app.
