Steps to reproduce:

1. Open admin
2. Click Stores > Configuration > Catalog > Catalog > Layered navigation
3. Set 'Display category filter' = no
4. Click Stores > product (in attribute section) > 'Category_id' > store front properties
5. Set 'Use in layered navigation' = No
6. Flush cache
7. Open FE PLP

Actual result
Category attribute is shown in layered navigation in case it is disabled to show in attribute settings and in layered navigation settings

Expected result
Category attribute is absent in layered navigation in case it is disabled to show in attribute settings and in layered navigation settings
