Label for cart discounts is not visible in checkout

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a simple cart rule that give 10% discount on all products.'
2. Add a random product to cart.
3. Go to checkout page,

Actual result
In checkout, the label of the rule is not visible, only "Discount".

Expected result
It should view the cart rule name, as it do with discount codes.
