Breadcrumbs are having not active category & not showing in expected order

Breadcrumbs are having not active category breadcrumb URL, which can lead to 404 when a user tries to navigate by those.

Steps to reproduce:
Create a category with a subcategory that is disabled (parent - disabled, children - enabled)
Assign product to that category
See that the breadcrumbs with the disabled category are being rendered.
